Adding In-Store Product to GBP Can Help with Local Rankings

Additional guidance was released pertaining to Google Business Profiles, as Google has added new criteria on how you can improve your local rankings. Google now details that retail stores can increase visibility on Google Maps by adding products they sell in-store to their Google Business Profiles.

New Tests Are Replacing the Local Finder with a New Interface

Users searching for local services in certain areas of the U.S. seem to be a part of a new test by Google. What once was the local finder has been upgraded to an interface that is similar to that of local search ads (LSAs). The interface first began to roll out on mobile but has more recently been spotted on desktop as well.
