So far, there are four general qualities a reviewer can add to their review if they chose either 1, 2, 4, or 5 stars. A rating of 3 stars, being fairly neutral, omits these options.

Below are the attributes you can add:

For 4/5 Star Reviews

4/5 star

For 1/2 Star Reviews

1/2 stars

Unique Attributes for Different Industries

Some other attributes that relate to specific business categories have been seen, such as “punctuality” for this towing company:

More Categories Coming Soon… Maybe?

Some industries, such as restaurants and dental practices, have not seen these attributes added to their reviews, so it is unclear if this is something rolling out over time, or if certain business categories will not receive the new update.

According to GatherUp, these are the industries that are so far displaying attributes:

  • Salons
  • Car repair shops
  • Dry cleaners

Also, GatherUp mentions attributes are showing up “broadly on industries typically classified as Other Services and Professional/Technical Services in the NAICS coding system.”
